Our investment process is designed to make investing in Uganda's real estate market accessible, transparent, and profitable for the diaspora community. It includes:
- 1. Joining the Network: Potential investors can join the Peregrine network by signing up via our website. Once they have signed up, they will receive regular updates on investment opportunities and other company news.
- 2. Selecting Investment Opportunities: Our team identifies and evaluates potential investment opportunities, with a focus on properties located in Uganda and the East African region. We prioritize properties that align with our mission of empowering the diaspora community to invest in their homeland while generating financial returns and positive social impact.
- 3. Conducting Due Diligence: Our team conducts thorough due diligence on each investment opportunity, including reviewing financial statements, conducting property inspections, and assessing market trends. We also assess the potential social impact of each investment opportunity and consider factors such as job creation and community development.
- 4. Developing Investment Proposals: Once an investment opportunity has been evaluated, our team will develop an investment proposal that outlines the key terms of the investment, including the expected return on investment and the investment timeline. We will also provide detailed information about the potential social impact of the investment.
- 5. Investor Decision: Potential investors review the investment proposal and make a decision about whether to invest. They can ask questions and seek clarification from our team as needed. We also provide educational resources to help investors make informed decisions.
- 6. Investment Funding: Once investors have committed to an investment, they will transfer funds to a designated account managed by Peregrine. We will maintain clear records of all investment transactions and provide regular updates on the status of each investment.
- 7. Property Acquisition and Management: Our team then acquires and manages the property, including handling any necessary repairs or renovations, estate development (subdividing land into plots), and value addition.
- 8. Revenue Generation: Once the property is ready for occupancy or purchase (land), our team will market it to potential tenants/buyers and generate revenue from rental income or land sales. We will also provide regular updates to investors on the status of the property and the performance of their investment.
- 9. Return on Investment: As the property generates revenue, our team will distribute returns to investors according to the terms outlined in the investment proposal. We will also provide regular updates on the performance of each investment opportunity and any changes in market trends or social impact
